Again this year, Jon Davies will be presenting classes on tornado forecasting!

FRIDAY NIGHT

Class 1: Basic tornado forecasting 7:00 pm-8:45 pm - includes forecasting notes packet and 5-10 minute break.
Subjects include: surface & upper air maps/patterns, thunderstorm initiation, CAPE/wind shear assessments in forecasting; also 1 exercise, & Q/A

Class 2: Advanced tornado forecasting 9:00 pm-10:45 pm - includes forecasting notes packet and 5-10 minute break.
Subjects include: hodographs & skewT charts, assessing CAPE/shear parameter patterns in combination with surface patterns; also 1 exercise, and Q/A

PRICE:

1. Class 1 only - Basic (7:00 pm-8:45 pm) $15.00
2. Class 2 only - Advanced (9:00 pm-10:45 pm) $15.00
3. Both classes together $25.00 ($5.00 discount)

The sign-up deadline will be February 1, with 125 person limit in each class.

CASH ONLY in the amounts shown above (NO CHECKS), Jon will have plenty of bills to change out $10 and $20 bills as needed.
